Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Juno. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please review the terms below so you know exactly how the process works.

90-Day Returns:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we are unable to process any returns.

Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Buyer Pays for Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your items arrive safely.

No Returns on Final Sales, Closeouts, and Custom Orders:
Items marked as “final sale” or “closeout” cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders are also not eligible for return. Please review these items carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and you will be responsible for restocking fee.

Original Undamaged Packaging:
All returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. This includes all original tags, labels, and accessories. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition for a refund to be issued.
