Shipping Policy

Flat Shipping Fee
All orders are subject to a flat shipping fee of $79.00.
Tile slabs require a custom shipping quote. We will contact you with pricing once your order is received.

Pickup is available next day 10-4, For same day pickup reach out to CS after placing the order.

Delivery Locations

NY: 5 Boroughs: Monday
NY: Upstate: Tuesday
NJ: Central & South: Wednesday
NJ: North Jersey: Monday
Connecticut: Monday
Pennsylvania: Wednesday
Delaware: Wednesday

Deliveries will require a loading dock, and is to approved company addresses only, no residential or job site deliveries.

We only deliver with our trucks within 75 Mile radius from our warehouse, all others will be required to arrange their own pickups.

Custom Order Items

If an item is not in stock and requires a custom order, we will contact you promptly with an estimated shipping timeframe and availability date.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and you will be responsible for restocking fee.

For same day pickups, cancelations might not be accepted, please call customer service to cancel 855-229-5866

Damaged Products

While we pack every order carefully, damage can occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, email sales@junotile.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • The number of damaged pieces or boxes
  • Photos of all damaged items

All damages must be reported within 24 Hours of delivery to receive credit.
